Filing requirements has been modified Libya; new documents are now to be submitted with the application in addition to the previous required documents, so the new requirements are:

1. Legalized power of attorney up to the Libyan Consulate. (current)
2. Legalized extract of the commercial register or certificate of incorporation. (current)
3. Certified copy of Home Registration Certificate, in case there is no home certificate, an alternative documents may be offered to the Registrar and he will decide case by case. (new requirement)
